Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 15-25 years Playing Level: Elite-level female badminton players, representing at states, national or international levels Restriction. Training Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of consistent badminton-specific training. Health Status: Physically healthy with no major injuries in the past 6 months. BMI: 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m² (normal range). Current Participation: Regularly competing or actively involved in high-performance training. Consent: Voluntary written informed consent to participate in the study Q angle: Between 13o - 17o

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existing Injuries: Recent or chronic musculoskeletal injuries, especially in the lower limbs or joints within 6 months to 1 year, (Fractures, ligament sprain, muscle strain, muscle tear) Neurological Disorders: Any conditions affecting motor function (in past 1 year) Previous Surgeries: Recent surgery (within the last 6 months) affecting musculoskeletal or cardiovascular systems. BMI: Players who classify into overweight and obese category (= 25kg/m2) Pathological factors: Players with Q angle = 17o to eliminate any congenital, genetic or anatomical factors
