Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postnatal women with age 20 to 35 years, women with Full Term Normal Delivery .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women s who undergoes caesarean section ,puerperium complications like Postpartum hemorrhage or puerperal shock,women with intrauterine death ,obstetric complications like retained placenta or inversion of uterus
