Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First-ever MCA stroke & ACA stroke (Ischemic and hemorrhagic) Medically stable Able to follow simple commands Shoulder abduction and finger extension (SAFE) score less than 5 within 7 days of stroke onset, or Knee extensor strength less than 3 within 7 days of stroke onset

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgically operated (Craniotomy & Craniectomy) Bilateral clinical stroke Any pre-existing neurological and musculoskeletal dysfunction affecting motor functions
