Intervention1: microneedling radiofrequency (MNRF): Three sessions of MNRF over the face, one session done every month and the result is assessed 1 month after the last session.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to undergo HIFU for facial rejuvenation. Patients willing to undergo MNRF for facial rejuvenation. Patients willing to give informed consents. Patients willing for follow-up and post-treatment care as advised.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have underwent other cosmetic procedures like chemical peels, microdermabrasions, microneedling or laser skin resurfacing within the preceding 3 months. Patients with poor compliance. Patients with unrealistic expectations. Patients with the following conditions: Pregnancy and breastfeeding Any active systemic illness Any inflammatory skin diseases Anticoagulant medications Use of photosensitizing medications within the past 1 year Active or history of cancer in the past 5 years History of keloidal tendency or hypertrophic scarring Patients with electrical implant devices
