Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Low back pain involving the iliac crest and buttocks. 2. Symptoms aggrevated by lumbar movement and posture. 3. Trigger point over the posterior iliac crest corresponding to the nerve compression zone. 4. Patients report numbness and radiating pain in the Cluneal Nerve area.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Low back pain due to facet joint or sacro-iliac joint pathologies 2. Lumbar radicular pain, 3. Inflammatory low back pain 4. Uncontrolled medical illness 5. Uncontrolled psychiatric illness 6. Allergic to lignocaine or steroids 7. Coagulopathy 8. Presence of red flag signs (Recent trauma, Fever, new onset neurological deficit, malignancy, fracture) 9. Patient refusal

| Improvement in pain after Cluneal Nerve Block in Low Back Pain and improvement in Quality of life physically and psychologically following this intervention. Procedure is expected be safe with very less adverse reactions. USG Guided Cluneal Nerve Block would be effective than Anatomical Landmark Block.Timepoint: 10 minutes,2 weeks and 4 weeks post procedure. | — |
