Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with persistent Neck pain more than 3 months duration 2.Able to follow exercise and instructions clearly

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of cervical surgery or trauma 2.Neurological deficits 3.Use of muscle relaxants or analgesics within 48 hours of assessment 4. Other physical therapy interventions in the last month
