Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with the lakshanas of Dushta vrana occurring with a formation of a sinus tract. 2. Venous ulcers, diabetic wounds, neurogenic ulcers of any duration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals having disorders like Malignancy, Leprosy, and Osteomyelitis. 2. Ulcers with signs and symptoms of gangrene, cellulitis, and active infections. 3. Immunocompromised patients with pre-diagnosed HIV and HBsAg positive. 4. Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases.

Complete healing of the ulcer that will be assessed using the Bates-Jensen wound assessment tool.Timepoint: baseling (0th day), 7th day, 14th day and 28th day
