Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum 1 year of boxing training Engaged in boxing training at least 3 times per week. Willingness to provide informed consent and comply with study procedures. Not involved in other strength or conditioning programs during the study. Amateur Boxers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current or recent musculoskeletal injury (within the last 3 months). Any cardiovascular, neurological, or systemic condition affecting performance. Inability or unwillingness to adhere to the study protocol.

1RM Bench Press Test, Maximum Push ups Test, Closed Kinetic Chain Upper Extremity Stability Test (CKCUEST), Seated Medicine ball throw test, Cooper 12 min run test. Timepoint: at baseline and after 4 weeks
