Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Includes all genders working as healthcare professionals. Age ranging between 24-50 years. Minimum working experience of 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine pathology such as herniated disc, cervical spondylosis, or spinal fractures. Neurological disorders affecting muscle function. Recent trauma, surgery, or injury to the neck, shoulder, or upper back within the last six months. Severe musculoskeletal conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis. Pregnant or lactating women. Implants or Pacemaker in the Upper quadrant of the body.
