Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: SRM College of Students with Lateral Scapular Slide Test Positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any other shoulder and cervical pathologies, History of any recent trauma or any surgeries in shoulder, Scoliosis, Flexion or abduction angle of the shoulder less than 90 , Other diseases that unfit or unable to complete the treatment plan such as active infections, active inflammatory disease, tumors, neurological disorders and systemic disease involving joints(such as rheumatoid arthritis), and severe osteoporosis, Patient who refuse to accept the treatment.
