Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having sign and symptoms of Sthoulya according to classics. Patients with following symptoms were included in study: 1.Darubalya (Tiredness) 2.Daurgandhya (Bad Body Odours) 3.Atikshudha (Excessive Hunger) 4.Atipipasa (Excessive Thirst) 5.Swedoabadha (Excessive Sweating) 6.Kshudrashwas (Shortness of Breath) 7.Chala sphik udara stana (Pendulus movement of body part) 5. Abdominal Circumference (Waist-hip ratio of at least 0.90 for male and 0.85 and above for female.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSIVE CRITERIA 1. Subjects not willing for trial. 2. Age less than 20 and more than 60 3. Known subject of any active malignancy. 4. Pregnant and lactating females, planning for conceive, physically and mentally challenged, prisoners. 5. Any other medical or surgical condition consider unsuitable for patient participation in the study as per investigators judgement. 6. Subject currenty participating in any other study.

All parameters will be assessed before and after treatment. 1)No improvement - 0 % relief in signs and symptoms. 2)Poor improvement - 1%-25% relief in signsand symptoms 3)Mild improvement 26% to 50% improvement in signsand symptoms 4)Moderate improvement 51% to 75 % improvement in signsand symptoms. 5)Marked improvement 76% to 100% improvement in signsand symptoms.Timepoint: Follow Up 0th, 7th,15th, 23th 30th, 38th, 45th, 60th, 75th, 90th day
