Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must be enrolled in the regular BSc and MA yogic science program. 2. Regular yoga practitioner. 3. Willingness to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are not enrolled in the regular BSc and MA yogic science program 2. Students presenting with severe comorbid conditions or significant injuries. 3. Students with less than 75% participation in yoga classes.
