Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must be enrolled in the regular BSc and MA yogic science program. 2. Regular yoga practitioner. 3. Willingness to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are not enrolled in the regular BSc and MA yogic science program 2. Students presenting with severe comorbid conditions or significant injuries. 3. Students with less than 75% participation in yoga classes.

To assess differences in attention control among students across various academic levels (BSc 1st, 2nd, & 3rd years, & MA 1st & 2nd years) enrolled in yogic science programs 3. To investigate the correlation between the continuity of yoga practice & reaction time in BSc & MA yogic science students. 4. To investigate the correlation between the continuity of yoga practice & attention control in BSc & MA yogic science students. 5. To compare reaction time & attention control between male & female students. Timepoint: at baseline
