Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient with Grading I & II of Wagners classification tool will be included in the study. Patients willing to provide sample and co operate for regular investigation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Extensive and localized Gangrene which require amputation Osteomyelitis Varicose ulcer Any active neoplastic disease Necrotizing fasciitis
