Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18-45 Both male and female Patients with unilateral plantar fasciitis Clinical diagnosis of plantar fasciitis confirmed by orthopedician. Heel pain lasting from more than three months. Ability to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous foot surgery on the affected side. Patients with bilateral plantar fasciitis Neuropathic or systemic inflammatory diseases. Pregnant or lactating women. Contraindications to ESWT or ultrasound
