Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The following patients will be included- patients aged 2 to 8 years, elective surgeries under general anesthesia at AIIMS Nagpur, duration of surgery more than 1 hour, ASA grade I or II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patientss ages less than 2years and more than 8 years Emergencies surgeries Patiets parents or legal guardian not willing to participate Patients with developmental delay or pre-existing neurological disorders Patient with cardiac disorders History of allergy or medications being used
