Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical status 1 and 2. 2.Aged between 18-65 years of old of either sex. 3.Patients undergoing any operation. 4.Patients who will give consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy or sensitivity to lignocaine. 2.Pregnant. 3.Breastfeeding. 4.Concomitant use of an analgesic within the previous 24 hour. 5.Inability to understand and use of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). 6.Patients having peripheral neuropathy or skin abrasions or diseases (eczema, Psoriasis, infection). 7.Difficulties in verbal communication.
