Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients presenting with history of using any hair color more than six months 2 Patients willing to discontinue that particular hair color 3 Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria Patients of age group between 18 to 45 years 4 Patients willing to participate in the study 5 Positive scraping test of hair color by scissor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Age below 18 and more than 45 years. 2 Indralupta Alopecia areata totalis and universalis Arunshika pustules scarring alopecia genetic alopecia and androgenic alopecia 3 Secondary causes like scalp psoriasis lice seborrheic dermatitis scaling Tinea capitis ringworm Folliculiosis devaculans pustules erosions and ulcers and excessive scalp scaling 4 Patients exposed to any major stress event within 06 months 5 Patients having hemoglobin below 10 gm dl 6 Post CA and scalp treatment patients trichotillomania and scalp vitiligo 7 Pregnancy and lactating females 8 Patient taking anticoagulants antidepressants and oral contraceptive medication 9 Patients suffering from any kind of severe diseases like known case of malignancy diabetes mellitus RBS more than 220 mg dl Thyroid TSH less than 0.20 and more than 5.0 IU mL PCOS Typhoid cardiac disorder hypertension crisis more than 180 mm Hg systolic and more than 120 mm Hg diastolic TB syphilis Dengue and HIV
