Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing valve replacement surgery (mechanical and biological)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with asthma, COPD , Lung transplantation , Lung resection 2. Patients with post-surgical cardiovascular complications (atelectasis , pneumonia) 3. unstable angina during the previous month and myocardial infarction during the previous month 4. cardiac arrhythmia
