Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Computer professionals aged between 25 to 35 years, working for a minimum of 5 hours daily and employed for at least 2 years, diagnosed with Stage 1 or Stage 2 Cervical Spondylosis and not advised for surgery by orthopaedic or neurosurgeon.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with recent neck or cervical spine injuries, systemic conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, or Systemic Arthritis, central nervous system diseases, cardiorespiratory disorders, or pregnancy.
