Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group: 30-55 years of age 2.Mechanical low back pain due to repetitive trauma or overuse 3.Score of 4 to 7 on NPRS 4.Patient diagnosed with mechanical low back pain by orthopedic surgeon

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent surgery or fracture of the spine 2.Signs of radiculopathy 3.Any neurological involvement 4.pregnancy
