Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients posted for elective craniotomy 2)Age between 18-65 years 3)American Society of Anaesthesiologists 1&2 4)Duration of surgery 3-5hours 5)Height of patient between 150-180cm and weight between 50 - 80kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)History of allergy to local anaesthetics or opiods
