Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Players in the age group between 18- 25 years 2.Male basketball players. 3.Playing basketball for more than 2 years. 4.No history of any injuries for more than 3 months. 5.Players who will prepare for state- level competition. 6.Players who are not involved in any research program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Players who are involved in basketball game as recreational sports. 2.Basketball players with a history of musculoskeletal injury in the last 3 months. 3.Basketball player with a history of neurological, Respiratory and Cardiovascular problems such as exercise- induced asthma, epilepsy, arteriosclerosis, Myocardial infarction, valvular heart disease. 4.Players with the history of surgical, medical intervention last 6 months.
