Intervention1: calendula officinalis 10% v/W: Calendula officinalis 10% v/w will be applied twice a day on intervention group from 3rd day as baseline.Patient follow up on 7th day, 9th day and 1 month

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age: Adults aged 18 60 years. Diagnosis: Patients undergoing PMMC flap reconstruction following wide local excision of oral cancer Consent: Ability and willingness to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients on immunosuppressive therapy or chemotherapy.Known allergy to calendula. Prior had and neck radiotherapy within 6 months.Severe systemic illness.Concurrent participation in other wound healing studies.
