Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 18 years. 2. Patient diagnosed with COPD and Asthma. 3. Participants prescribed for reversibility test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent abdominal and thoracic surgery. 2. Patients with musculoskeletal or rheumatologic disease, such as hemiplegia or quadriplegia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and sarcopenia. 3. Patients with active TB and Asthma-COPD overlap syndrome. 4. Patients with Parkinson s disease.

2. To investigate the use of Handgrip strength as a predictive tool for determining the severity of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. 3. To evaluate the effects of bronchodilators on the handgrip strength. Timepoint: 1 year
