Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals between the age group of 20 yrs to 50 yrs, BMI more than 25 per kg meter sq, individuals who do not have any difficulty in body movement, individuals who ere fully cooperative for the study, individuals with informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age less than 20 yrs and more than 50 yrs ,pregnant and lactating mothers, subjects with cardiovascular disease, hypertension , diabetes, carcinoma any other serious illness, individuals taking any medicines for sthaulya
