Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients giving consent aged between 18 to 45 years. 2.Patients with all types of post acne scars.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of active acne lesions. 2. Patients having keloidal tendency. 3. History of bleeding disorder or patient on any anticoagulant therapy. 4. Pregnant or lactating female patients. 5. Any active cutaneous and systemic skin infections. 6. Patients diagnosed with autoimmune disorders, any seropositive patient : HIV, HBsAg, HCV, VDRL. 7. Unrealistic Expectations of the patient.
