Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Healthy adults aged 18 60 years. 2 No prior performing any yoga or meditation. 3 Able to participate in physical activity and chanting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Individuals with chronic illnesses, injuries, or contraindications to physical activity. 2 Participants with hearing impairments that hinder chanting practice. 3. Participants with musculoskeletal disorder like RA, OA etc.
