Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the medical PG Residents of batch 2023 willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PG Residents of batch 2023 not willing to give consent 2.PG Residents of batch 2023 already on any psychotropic medication since last 2 months.
