Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI Range: Participants across all BMI categories (underweight, normal weight, overweight, and obese) based on WHO classifications. Informed Consent given by the participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of chronic respiratory diseases (e.g., asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease). Diagnosed cardiovascular or metabolic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes). Neuromuscular disorders that could impair diaphragmatic function. History of recent abdominal, thoracic, or diaphragmatic surgery.
