Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults residing for at least one month in the wards randomized to any of the three study arms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Adults not willing to give consent, people with TB on Anti TB Treatment, pregnant women, and children less than 18 years of age, and severely ill or bedridden will be excluded from the study
