Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects aged 18 to 25 years Young adults having screen time is equal to or greater than four hours per day CVS-Q score is equal to or greater than six Both Male and Female genders Subject able to walk and stand independently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any musculoskeletal and neurological impairments Any surgical history Any visual deficit Any vestibular disorder Any systemic illness affecting the perception abilities of the participants
