Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recently diagnosed diabetics (diagnosed within one year from the date of recruitment) of either gender, with HbA1C range between 5.7-6.4%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. Patients suffering from any severe systemic illness. Pregnant or Lactating women. Any other factor which may jeopardize the result of the study will be excluded.

At the end of the study we would be able to establish the relation between Medovaha Stroto Dushti and pre diabetic stage. It is further expected that it will also be helpful for medical fraternity in the prevention of Diabetes Purvaroop of Prameha and symptoms of Pre Diabetes will be Assessed through validated questionnaireTimepoint: 18 months—
