Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group Above 25 to 50 years Gender Irrespective of gender Teachers works in private high school for more than 2 year. Teacher stress questionnaire score = 81-120

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are known cases of any systemic illness, physical disability, mental illness or trauma. Participants who are on medication (antidepressants) for stress and anxiety.
