Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients having fasting blood sugar level between 126mg/dl to 225mg/dl , Post Prandial 200mg/dl to 300mg/dl & HbA1c 6to 8

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient under treatment with insulin, alpha glucosidase inhibitors ,thiazolidonediones ,DPP4 Inhibitors, SGLT2 Inhibitors, and steroid treatment. pregnant woman and lactating mothers . having complications like DKA ,NKHS ,Neuropathy and septicemia.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
reduce the sign and symptoms of madhumeha, also reduction in blood sugar level.Timepoint: 90 days
