Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prior to the intervention, pain on MC Gill s Questionnaire WHO-BREF for QOL Perceived Stress Scale PSS for stress were assessed and participants those who were valid as per inclusion criteria were further allocated in two groups A and B via Research Randomizer Resource online tool. It is quick way to generate random numbers or assign participants Participants in the Group A includes 40 participants group will be guided and treated with Yogic physiotherapy. Participants in Group B include 40 participants will be additionally trained with Himalayan meditation along with Yogic Physiotherapy. After that post- intervention evaluation was done All participants will be evaluated in terms of pain through NPRS QOL though WHO-BREF and stress through Percived Stress scale PSS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous spine surgery Congenital or any Spine deformities Pregnant women Neurological Involvement deficits Spondylolisthesis LLD
