Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group - 18 - 25 years who give their consent for the study. Covid-19 diagnosed in 2020 to till a year before. Nijmegen questionnaire score 23 or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anyone diagnosed with chronic respiratory conditions. Those who had recent injuries such as head injury, rib fracture, upper limb fractures, shoulder dislocation, etc. Those who are actively practising Yoga, especially Pranayama and other breathing exercises. Those who are actively participating in Sports. Any Hearing Impairment. Unwilling to participate in the study.
