Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having sign & symptoms Shoola, Akunchana Prasaranjanya Vedana of janu sandhigatavata.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. K/H/O Janusandhigata Aaghat (Trauma on knee joint). 2. K/H/O Congenital abnormalities and other structural deformities of Janusandhi. 3. K/H/O Severe Systemic illness. 4. Patient not willing for trial.
