Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed Patients of fissure in ano (Parikartika). Patients among the age group 18 to 50 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bleeding Disorder like Hemophilia etc. Patient with uncontrolled systemic disease as like diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Patient with Carcinoma of Rectum. Immune compromised Patients like AIDS, VDRL, Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis. Patient having Parikartika secondary to Ulcerative colitis, Syphilis, Crohn s disease. Patient with severe spasm.

This study may provide use of Y K Ghrita as conservative treatment option for Parikartika (Acute Fissure in Ano).Timepoint: at the end of 21 days (0,7,14,21 days interval)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
comparative wound healing and analgesic effect of Y K Ghrita and Nifedipine and Lidocaine ointment in Acute fissure in Ano (Parikartika) will be assessed. Y K Ghrita may be studied in management of other wounds.Timepoint: at the end of 21 days (0,7,14,21 days interval)
