Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients indicated for Surgical Extraction of Mandibular Third Molars. 2.Patients with ASA Grade I status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with systemic diseases such as HTN, DM, blood dyscrasias, immuno-compromised status. 2.Patients with poor oral hygiene and chronic smokers and chronic alcoholism. 3.Pregnant or nursing women, female patients taking Oral Contraceptive pills. 4.Patient on oral or intravenous Bisphosphonate treatment. 5.Associated pathology like cyst and tumour.
