Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 60 years, either gender. Patients treated with IMIL nailing for tibial shaft fractures. Patient willing to participate and provide voluntary informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing knee pathology (e.g., osteoarthritis, ligament injuries). Previous surgeries on the ipsilateral knee.
