Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged between 13-16 years. 2.Both male and female children will be included. 3.Participants must be currently enrolled in a recognized school. 4.Written consent from parents/guardians and assent from the child is mandatory.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with congenital foot deformities, a history of lower limb fracture, or lower limb surgery within the past 6 months will be excluded from the study. 2.Any neurological disorders such as cerebral palsy or muscular dystrophy. 3.Participants currently using orthotic insoles or corrective devices for foot posture. Children diagnosed with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, or cardiovascular diseases that may impact physical activity
