Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient irrespective of age sex religion etc of Hyperlipidemia 2 Patients with high blood lipid profile. Lipid profile showing any one or more of the following criteria will be considered for diagnosis of hyperlipidemia According to NCEP ATP III Classification following are the levels to be selected for said Project Patient having Serum Total Cholesterol Level 200-239 mg/dl Patient having Serum Triglyceride Level 150-190 mg/dl Patient having Serum LDL Cholesterol Level 130-159 mg/dl Patient having Serum HDL Cholesterol Level 20-40 mg/dl Patient having serum VLDL Cholesterol Level 40-60 mg/dl Patients having one or more of above levels will be selected for said project. 4 Obese Hyperlipidemic and Non-Obese hyperlipidemic Patients (BMI-18.50 to 40.00 kg/m2 as per New Updated WHO classification of BMI of 2004)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnant and lactating mothers 2 Patients having history of Respiratory Disease Complications Coronary Heart Diseases Renal Diseases etc 3 Patient is suffering with psychological disorders like anxiety, depression etc 4 Chronic illness and infection like TB CA and HIV infection

Primary

Measure	Time frame
1) To assess the efficacy of Mustadi Guggul in the management of Hyperlipidemia. 2) To evaluate the efficacy between Mustadi Guggul and Tab Rosuvastatin in the management of Hyperlipidemia.Timepoint: 60 days Follow up- Patients will be screened clinically and Lipid Profile will be repeated on 30th day and 60th day.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
1) To observe the effect of Mustadi guggul on lipid levels over the period of 60 days. 2) To study in detail about Rasaraktagat snehavriddhi accrding to Ayurvedic classics.Timepoint: 60 days Follow up-Patients will be screened clinically & Lipid Profile will be repeated on 30th day & 60th day.	—
