Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with the lakshanas of Sirajagranthi Subjects with primary varicose veins Subjects with sirajagranthi in lower limb only Subjects comes in age group between 21 -60 irresepective of sex caste and religion Subjects who fit for Siravyadha Subjects who fit for Jaloukavacharana.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with systemic diseases that may interfere with the study Subjects with secondary and Congenital varicose vein. Subjects with history of bleeding diseases Subjects with complications DVT Venous ulcers Subjects who are under anticoagulants and thrombolytic drugs
