Intervention1: QURS AFSANTEEN: 2 capsules-8th hourly 1 capsule is of 1gm each After meals for 14 days Control Intervention1: Cefixime: 200mg twice After meals for 14 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: fever for 3days or more positive Typhi dot test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: widal test more than 1:320 pregnant and lactating women other bacterial and viral fever pt.s with intestinal obstruction uncontrolled HTN,DM Renal,cardiac,pulmonary,auto immune diseases
