Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with OA KNEE Grade I,II, III according to Kellgren and Lawrence System 2.Patients are satisfying the ACR criteria for diagnosis of osteoarthritis knee. 3.Patients with age from 20 years to 80 years of both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary KOA 2.History of surgery in index knee. 3.History of fracture in index knee. 4.Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus. 5.Thyroid and Parathyroid abnormalities. 6.Normal serum vitamin D level. 6.Increase serus vitamin D 6.Chronic disease of liver and kidney 7.Any malignancy 8.Allergy to any substance used.
