Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient satisfying case definition 2.Age group between 50-70 years of both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with serious concomitant medical disease(uncontrolled DM,uncontrolled HTN,chronic renal failure) 2.History of Inflammatory Arthritis 3.Pregnant ladies and lactating mothers 4.Patient who are unable to attend the weekly review as it is required in the study
