Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Any patient aged 18 years and above visiting in selected cancer OPD in AIIMS Bhopal. Adults who will be newly diagnosed with cancer Adults diagnosed with cancer currently actively suffering experiencing significant fear of recurrence coming to the hospital for treatment or follow up in outpatient oncology department. This can be accessed through the survey and verbal communication through patients. Patients should have follow up at least 2 times after enrolling in the study within 1 year of time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe mental health disorders or cognitive impairments. Those who will not be able to understand anything. This can be assessed using MMSE that is Mini Mental Status Examination tool. Participants who will not be able to read and write English or Hindi.
