Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with histopathologically confirmed diagnoses of psoriasis or NPPD will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insufficient tissue samples for IHC analysis or coexisting dermatological diseases will be excluded.

MeasureTime frame
1. To check the sensitivity and specificity of IHC Ki-67 in differentiation of Psoriasis from NPPD. 2. To elucidate expression of IHC Ki-67 in psoriasis and correlate these levels with clinical variants and disease severity in psoriasis. 3. To observe change in levels with demographic and psoriasis-related variables. Timepoint: After retrieving data from the biopsy register and correlating it with IHC findings the results will be analyzed within the time frame of 2 weeks of collection of the above data.—
