Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Generally healthy individuals without any diagnosis of/taking medication for cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological or endocrine, psychiatric, hearing impairments, visual impairment or sleep disorders Not previously practicing yoga/meditation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effect of listening to a single session of AUM chanting on immediate performance in cognitive tasks related to working memory.Timepoint: outcome will be assessed for each subject individually immediately post the individual study. and will be compared to the control group at 4 weeks of completing the study.
