Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 8 to 30 years with necrotic immature permanent teeth Presence of periapical radiolucency No systemic diseases affecting healing Willingness to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teeth with root fractures or severe resorption Allergy to chitosan or other study materials Previous regenerative endodontic procedures on the affected tooth
